"Arsh Event Management" (AEVEMAN) was founded as a production firm as a result of his enthusiasm for these sectors. He looks up to his Tau ji mr. Dargahi Lal Srivastava for inspiration, and he's been influenced by his uncle's (mama ji) "sri kunwar bahadur" shayaris since he was a child. Despite not knowing Urdu, he penned an Urdu poem for a school that was admired by his mama ji, inspiring him to pursue his passion. The music of his brothers, Jagat Lal and P. L. Srivastava, also encouraged him to compose music. With the passage of time and the blessings of God, he married his daughters. He subsequently went through a flood of mixed feelings as a father, which he expressed through his songs to the rest of the world. He gave his soul and voice to those sentiments, which are today cherished not only in India but throughout the world, as seen by the outpouring of good wishes and greetings.

He created a new image of himself by playing at his relatives' weddings and other special occasions. He continued to practise and perform until he was 50 years old in order to keep his amazing skill - his art - alive and to reach new heights. He was close to his mother, and his rising popularity among his sisters, daughters, and female companions encouraged him to make music reflecting the emotions and feelings of daughters all over the world, which is now a well-known music among millions of people.

Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava became a well-known lyricist, composer, and vocalist as a result. He writes other songs in addition to daughter centric songs. However, compared to other genre songs, those concentrated on daughters garnered a lot of love and respect.

Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava attributes his success to his mother & sources of inspiration, as well as his spectators and well-wishers.

During his peak of fame, he realised that the popularity of such songs among Indian youth is unrivalled, especially in this age of modernisation. He promotes and supports girls, and strives to communicate their emotions through his songs, in order to challenge the stereotype and the long-standing patriarchy. He considers himself fortunate to live in a society where the younger generation is well-informed and competent.
